how much is just tied to the subsidiary if the company shifted it on or liquidated it, how much is tied to the plc.

I still want the company to confirm if OTT own the stock and who the ultimate owner of the stock is. Still potential for It to be someone connected to the old board and the whole thing a set up.

And if the next asset is an oil play in Tunisia from a company called ATOG, RUN.

Simple play worst case, Just Dispose or demerge existing assets and Raise a couple hundred grand then it’s Worth 3-5x current mcap as a shell.

Why not Embrace the “technology “ part with a new Bitcoin mining play, it is the cool way to ramp a share price currently and actually generate “something” people want, £500k invested in Btc mining equipment as a start and a month or two to set it up, would be enough to get a £10m mcap and then raise another few mil to expand it.
The whole media thing is a sink hole for cash, so might aswell spend the cash on something in trend, it wouldn’t even need to change its name, as icon is the name of an altcoin too.

Even Elon is pumping it hard now, Then down the line if btc works or not start another project doing something else.

hard to call, if no news i think it might dip to high 4s over just a couple billion shares worth of sells, with it being difficult to sell good volume a few sells would wipe the order book out easily at its current levels, worth considering that its still currently double its lows last week so there is profit waiting to be realised for some.

If it has news obviously it depends on the news released but 0.008 seems to be a recent barrier, then 0.01 will be a harder barrier. A TR1 might spark the next rise.

It was a bargain at £1m mcap, i think the ~£2-3m mcap is a reasonable range for what i consider a shell until there is news.

Also worth thinking of the T+2 settlement timescales, with the volume traded last week there may be someone short of stock bought/sold in to the rise.

Its been the same for sells, NT most of the day for anything reasonable without putting in limit orders.
relatively small market size compared to price so the mms dont hold many shares and rely on the order book.

1.16b volume ~£75k traded, a very quiet day for Icon compared to the 8b/10b/12b days over the last few weeks.

Well the Results are.... as imagined... they actually called the demerged assets worthless, wow, remember that if they ring up to encourage you to sell your shares in the private company offering a token peanut for them when they find a magical buyer or weigh them in for scrap.

Atleast they Confirmed the cash position a whopping £260k, which would have been £60k without the latest £200k CLN which will convert at a 25% discount to any cash raised in an RTO process if one occurs.

For any new investors here looking at a shell I would suggest listening to rhugs experiences of the board members and read his post history, as the duo will no doubt be involved in the next project and history tends to repeat itself. He’s moans a lot about them but for good reasons, always worth listening to both sides of the positive/ negative divide.

Will I buy in again? Probably not as it’s not the £300k mcap company that it was last year so the risk reward at a £2-3m mcap weighs to the risk over reward, and that capital raise was a bit of a con, they had the chance to raise at 0.1 not the gifted 0.02.
