It shouldn’t be needed because the reporting technology exists already, but Imagine if the stock market trades were block chain based and gave an open real time look in to what account is holding how many shares and what shares, mysteries such as “do ego or ott hold stock?” could be analysed from outside instantly, clarity and informed holding, impossible to forward sell placing shares without being noticed, open and honest.
