No update on companies house yet, but Who owns the Infotagion shares now, DS or the MP. That could be the key to a dispute, where there’s much there’s brass.

im Just going over a few old RNS, dont expect to see anything that changes my mind or the current situation but oh boy, i cant help but laugh at some of the past statements when comparing them to their recent actions.

Doesn’t even mention Greencastle, had nothing to do with Greencastle apart from DS being a shareholder in info too.

All adds to the pile of data and incompetence that should conclude that no deferred pay is due.

I know info was small, not really worth anything, had no actual work done to it for >6months and didn’t generate capital, but they were quick enough to use info and covid hype as a catalyst to move egho stock and raise capital against at one point,
I consider one advantage to this - they have one thing less to wind up to be able to move on.

It’s the timing that I’m putting together, they disposed of it on Friday, the same day they walked off in to the sunset with DS. They had no authority to do that, and it’s another piece of the picture of the calculated acts against shareholders interests.

Is This not another paper trail of evidence that is needed to prove malpractice, theft and deceit by the previous boards actions?
Giving up a stake in a company without shareholders approval ? Not mentioning it to shareholders and then running to work for the person you gave it to?

Just noticed on companies house that icon ceased to be a shareholder of Infotagion on 29/1/21, I have not see this information relayed to shareholders via rns.

I know it was small but Icon only had two assets, GSN and the (25%?) stake in info, so this was a major disposal for the company which we should have been informed of.

I am very well my friend, I don’t hold much there anymore but it really changed my financial position for the better and I will always be a fan. Am Now trying to create a bit more of a diversified portfolio, hence the pot stocks :)
