Hi Truth, yes he’s up to his old tactics, i thought after the last public debacle he might have changed his spots, but until that loan is repaid (in full this time) it doesn’t look like he has. It’s been three same play as ATOG for him.

Can only hope egho / ott can turn it around.

UKOG -they last reported 1st qtr 2020/2021 7045 barrels / ~66bpd for their 85% share.

It’s always possible to move, if they did a few more funds / etfs Might then be able to buy UOG within their models, but most are also limited to minimum mcaps, sectors (oils not green or trendy atm, in time it will be again when funds realise the returns that they are missing out on) and other things so would need to exceed £50m / £100m Mcap for UOG to be eligible for most to be able to buy.

it’s the Egho game, as we said last week when the agreement came out, they will bump it up and atleast make 50%-100% on their conversions.
Plus what they are making from buying up the cheap shares on the way before they sell off.

As if by magic, egho get their stock and the price booms.

In other shell news, many thought all was lost at MTFB but now it Looks like They are going to be coming back with a bang after their long period of suspension, everything takes time.

A period of suspension is not the end for CCAP, new beginnings and all that.

Due to restrictions an investment company can invest in to companies that a normal RTO cannot, Investing companies find it easier to go for new start ups, smaller % stakes in what could be high growth, generally agnostic to sector so many more doors open, especially when they get the £7m in the bank.

i have to question why they need the £310k, as they have no operational businesses and had £750k + £500k November / December running costs outside of salaries should have been very little.
I Can only assume it was an added sweetener for EGHO and that the company still has a few quid from the above in the coffers. I also assume that the £500k from shard is going to be repaid.

I would like the company to confirm current cash and debt position in the next RNS (i expect one or two next week).

Could you see An EGHO pump to 0.030 again I wonder?
