A speculative question :

Some seem happy to buy in the open market right now, but if there was an open offer at 1p and you could sub for 2 new shares for every 1 existing share who would take it up?

Would it take something extra, like 1 warrant at 2p strike for every 4 new shares subscribed to tempt you?

An OO on the terms above could potentially raise £3.3m at 1p and every shareholder would have the chance to take equal part, the remaining £2.7m required could potentially then leave the door open to a 29,99% investor that might want a controlling stake, or multiple smaller significant investors.

My guess : they will Raise remainder at 1.5p and then they can negotiate any future deal from a better relaxed position where time is not an issue, it’s not disappearing with £1.2m in the bank.

An Investment company is a spac.
A shell has 6 months to make an investment under rule 15 then up to 6 months while suspended under rule 14.
An aim investment company has indefinite period to make investments, so is more like a main listed / US listed spac.

All OTT need to do is wait till July / August, once DS has repaid the £1m then assuming the board resolve some past issues in the meantime, the share can be financed against a higher valuation of the company and OTT are in profit on their stock.

Going by the SFO result for Unaoil which was just a jail sentence, if they applied the same weighted decision here it would be 7 years in Jail for those who have already admitted guilt.

It won’t look good for them, and might even shine a light on the poor unfortunate shareholders who have lost out to the “potential “ fraud.

I don’t need to, if the Infotagion shares have gone to the parties that I assume then it shows that the old board worked against shareholder interests, are due no severance pay, icon actually have a case against them for damages, and DS repaying the loan is even more important, for his own legal protection.

Nothing new. I check it almost daily, along with Infotagion as I await a notification of who owns icons old shares there to that the old board quietly walked away with and we are waiting to be notified of the disposal of.

normally After a couple of years it becomes too inefficient to use because of the way the system works it increases the difficulty and lowers reward to processing power, as newer faster kit comes to market, or more amd more miners come online. That’s why old stuff is basically worthless.

As far as physical brake Downs go you can put in a lot of preventative measures, surge protection, test before install, buy quality, but alot is just luck, anything electrical that’s on 24/7 can have always unexpected issues, chips burn out, power supplies die, lots of heat brakes down everything eventually.

Then You have cooling costs.. but let’s get back to icon :)

that would cost tens of millions £ to get a set up going with that sort of vanadium kit, solar, grid connection, new mining kit etc, and it all still degrades over time, just slower, and the miners still have a short usable life span and parts that frequently need replacing. Why would you put that in to icon and not a new listing or one with much higher usable carried tax losses?

If they were prepared to raise and spend that sort of cash to recoup the ~£500k that they are down then they would be better off buying shares up off the open market and trading there way out.
