25th June is end of the current securitisation facility waiver period, the company has nearly paid it off so I expect another short waiver period or confirmation that the company has paid the remainder off from funds in the bank, news on this facility has been issued on the date plus / minus 2 days in the past.

PS : It’s nothing to do with the Bonds, which have no financial covenants and are due 2024, aslong as the company keeps the interest payments up and doesn’t default beforehand.

My guess is there is an Opportunity for a trade here.

As much as Gary is trying to keep the price down I expect to potentially see 15p again on either event with a rally few days before both.

If they can extend the waiver another 6 months (September 2021 to March 2022) then the securitisation will be paid off, and without new lending they should have enough cash to buy the bonds back in part off market or in full with the +1.9% charge.

It they can do that then they can put all remaining cash from old loan book to claimants.

And then ideally run amigo 2.0 as a new company, with new financing not tied to the old in any way other then the parent company so there are no ghosts to ruin the new company.

Amigo has been a fantastic trading stock and keeps on giving, and I’ll admit I am too attached to the beast. It is only a vehicle for making money after all.

JPM will be running the next bond, they stand to make hundreds of millions from amigo over time.

They Finance a £400m bond to refinance old debt and fund amigo 2.0c, they see their 10% go to be worth >£100m when amigo hits the billion £ Mcap again, they get 5% interest on the bond in arrangement fees and make tens of million more from the new market they have created to trade the new bond.

All their customers are happy with the bond returns so JPM make more money off them over time too....

Then the fees and financing and money made from the expansion, mergers and acquisitions in due course....

This is the future and after the soa is sorted all will come clear.
