Amigo, the leading provider of guarantor loans in the UK, announces that its results for the financial year ending 31 March 2020 will be issued on Monday 20 July 2020.

The results will be published at 07:00 (BST) through the regulatory news service (RNS) and on the company's website (https://www.amigoplc.com/).

I looked at the time stamps on the RNS in the Vox app, most are morning, some are published after hours or late afternoon.

sold a few days of my 7ps at 10.6p First thing and it took till 9:30am for me To get a buy quote again, was NT to buy all the way, buy order was not filled Sub 9.5p, managed to buy them back in the 9.6s but Good luck rebuying larger volume if you do sell.

Surely If the banks says a customer cant afford a loan (at a lower rate) because of affordability checks then Amigo cant loan to them?

Side topic - Ahh yes, Martin Lewis at the bottom of that, marketed as a savior to all but a man who made millions in referral fees and commissions from people taking out new credit cards and the original and number one re-marketer of 0% credit cards. Enticing thousands of people in the to use his advise who then end up in very unaffordable positions when the deals end and they cannot obtain a new deals.

Maybe a FCA/FOS challenge is needed to look in to the debt levels of the people who took up his deals, did he help more people get out of debt or did he just enable more people to get in long term problematic debt.

Also speculation of Takeovers from various parties, posts like "take over confirmed" etc which helped ramp it up a tad, but no official sign of any truth behind these posts (YET?)

the price for the parts would have been marked up and sold to cover costs, then PM take the shares to create their profit margin, better to move equipment on and get the cash back in the bank in this economy. better for UKOGs cash flow (and secures the Bods next wage packet) and PM get a sale with potential upside.

Even im tempted to buy here again so it must be "cheap" or have potential for another pump soon.

Yea, i had a reasonable chunk of ZBO when it was £300k mcap, the restructuring was terrible and left the company way to over priced to be worth investing in, did my fair share of research on it prior to PHM change, it isnt worth much in this current state but it still has till September until its suspended, there might be something in the works and shells always have the chance to create a trading opportunity but unless it goes sub £500k mcap im not interested, risk reward is not there for me, dont forget it will need to raise capital at some point too.

Just reminiscing, it was one of the Aim dream team stocks of the time UKOG, BMN, GGP, GKP, RKH, DES, even REM and a handfull of others, they all gave people so much hope and many made (or lost) great profits from them.

i hope it gets there eventually, i have been in / out & watching since before the original HH drill, i remember the day of the spike to 10p that temporarily made many paper millionaires and the whole BBC thing with the presenter stod in a shipping container looking at the well head telling the camera how this will transform the UK! oh the days of $100 oil.
Shame about the managements costs and how they went about funding since, but its going better then others.

Jesus, alot of them were off their medication. "UKOGs going to £1b mcap and still cheap" "gatwick gusher", had to give some an A* for effort as they basically camped outside the site giving constant updates :) was very entertaining at times.

Glen, you got to bring that average down before you end up having to average up.
