Something different I Haven’t seen is what if the loan was affordable at the time but the customer took on more borrowings, ie got a car 6 months after The amigo loan, why would affordability of the amigo loan take priority over the car finance? I’m that case wouldn’t the car finance (or both) (or fraud) be what caused the problem?

It Has nothing to do with apr rates, it’s the affordability checks and criteria checks (that were approved by FCA not so long ago) that are being scrutinised. If a 100000% lender can show a loan is affordable then they don’t get questioned.
