Us being here is part of the technical nature of it, the lower the price goes the buyers it attracts, there are only so many shares to go around so the price goes up.

JB signed an agreement at IPO which limits his input and voting rights while he holds >10% of shares in issue, his broker has been instructed to sell 1% a day - JB is not selling them "his broker is" following an irrevocable instruction.
