Are you saying, then, that post spin off (sell off), that that is the price that will be achieved?
When i say you, i mean Berenberg, that you clearly believe.
If spin off (sell off) happens at 390p, how do you get shares in the new GLS? How many shares would you need to hold in RMG to acquire 1 GLS share?
You have to bear in mind the current market cap. Berenberg's valuation of GLS is 390p. RMG valuation inclusive of GLS is £2.8 Billion, 290p per share.
Something doesn't add up.
And this market cap is before the guaranteed days, weeks, months of IA.
I think too many posters are holding onto the coat tails of GLS performance and valuation, as well as that investment guru Kretinsky.
The market cap is £2.8 billion. Including GLS. It's that valuation for a reason.
