What assay results are OMI releasing? I assumed that the excitement over where the price is heading, was due to the fact that phase 2 may or may not be entered into by two of the biggest gold miners in the world.

IF, Newmont/Agnico proceed with phase 2, then within the next 4 years, any current holders here will see 100p. Only a 180M pound m/cap. IMO only.
I see no reason why 2 of the biggest gold hitters in the world would stay here if this wasn't "profitable".

T's & C's have already been decided. It now sits with Newmont/Agnico to decide whether or not to go into phase 2.
7th September RNS last year for the final year of phase 1, so i wouldn't be worried with no news at present.

If phase 2 isn't happening, i would expect a significant drop prior to close on Tuesday. With an RNS to say as much prior to the webinar. All questions are submitted before the event i believe, so should this happen i don't think he will be out of his comfort zone. I stand to be corrected on this, though.
But if phase 2 is a no go, surely Newmont would be dropping their shares as quick as they could.

Duties will have to be removed within the TM1 (i think that's what it's called). It is basically the structure of your office.
Then your staff in post will change to reflect this.
So, if you lose 10 duties, and you have 5 vacancies, under the MTSF agreement you have 5 staff too many, and these could potentially be offered VR.

Redundancy possible. Apparently 300 hundred hours are due to come out of my office. Under the MTSF agreement, that could free up just under 10% for VR.
The tribunal interests me though. If i'm judged to be unfairly dismissed, how many years of wages would i be entitled to? I certainly can't retire. I'm glad i have the CWU solicitors at my beck and call.

I'm not sure if today's drop is because of the turnout for IA.
I have it on good authority though that the turnout was better than for the first one. My visuals at my local MC. So, maybe it was.
If we are allowed to continue this IA, with further dates looming. Our busiest period nearly upon us, letters especially.
Everything gradually failing, and getting worse. Less than 2 quid. I think the other IA dates will be a critical time.
