From what i've read, we have to hand over items that we have collected to GBA on production of the relevant I.D.
I'm not going to post the whole transcript at this point.
I would assume that these items will be correct for delivery that day.

I think that we've one past the nineties. Although, according to some we are still living in the past.
I haven't got the full details on this. I'd love to know how much this costs.
Maybe it's cheaper.
RMG in constant decline it would seem. And ably supported the management. And this will only impact the investors here.
I can't wait for the next few months. I fully anticipate £260 per week, every other week come November.
I may even have to dip into my fund set aside to buy shares at 100p.

It would seem that some additional collections are to be made by GBA. Whoever they are.
I'm not sure if it's businesses only. But they will have paperwork with the official logo of RMG on them, and signed by ?????,
as well as a GBA pass.
If this presented to us, mail is to be handed over.

Be as abusive as you like. The IPS was only cleared on Wednesday of last week in my office. And now we are back to s**t city.
And when this little lot is cleared, back to IA.
Did i mention the actual walks that have days of mail on them?
Your office is probably clear.
We now have 6 casuals on 8 (EIGHT) hours a day "assisting" with this unfortunate backlog.
And for the record, i have always voted for IA. And in over 30 years employment in RMG, i have voted NO to all proposals put forward by the CWU to support a resolution to disputes.
Why would i vote for something that is detrimental to my current t's and c's.

And last week i did still work a 5 day week. You work it out.

I did work the Saturday after the strike, but for my reasons only.
B / H Monday was my day off and as per usual i requested payment. Like i have for the past 25 years (maybe more). This was refused so i'm going down the grievance procedure route.
That was my last two days off that were paid. Didn't work Tuesday, but i could have.
I also did not attend on Friday last week. 25% of my office did though. 3 days money last week. 260 quid.
Of course, i don't expect you to believe this. I wouldn't. But i am still on a five day week.
So i'm glad i had my strike fund. My day off is Wednesday this week. Should i work or not? NAH!
One other thing. Everyone is allowed to work their day off at the moment. Many do. So why is my office in such a mess?
Do either of you realise how much disruption is caused by a full days strike? I don't think you do.

But Thompson has forced our hand. This will not only impact RMG, but all couriers, wih crimbo around the corner.
Maybe our great leader thinks RMG will come out of this better than our competitors.

This has just reinforced the CWU position. Including last Friday.
As a member of the CWU, it's what was needed.
I also note the strike dates, and the time needed for each part of IA.
How telling that the first dates for t's and c's issues are in 3 weeks, but still no further dates for pay.
This now takes us very close to the busiest part of the year.
And the likes of Amazon will have nobody to fall back on. Or anybody else for that matter.
Bring it on.

And RMG's response is:
We understand that that some people may not be able to attend work tomorrow at short notice, so we would like to clarify that no disciplinary action will be taken., but it will be taken as unpaid leave.

Thanks for that RMG. But you are still trying to take away everything else from us.
Basically, thanks for the unpaid day. I was taking it anyway. Regardless of any threats.

Point 2. There is absolutely no chance of Thompson being in post in 2025. He will get a big pay off and that will be it. Sooner than you think. IMO.

RMG are not paying any staff whose rest day fell on the bank holiday Monday. This instruction was given to my managers from one of the top dogs.
Time will be allocated to your annual leave.
Despite a national agreement to the contrary. And guidelines clearly not being followed.
Grievances have been submitted in my office, mine included, which costs RMG money, as each case has to be heard.
How pathetic, childish and malicious are the people that run this company?

I assume that you are referring to me, so i'll respond to your antagonistic post.
RMG have let me build up a strike fund. I'm certainly not gloating as i don't actually want to get up in the early hours. I wanted to point out how pathetically this company is run. What they allow you to do, to mask the reality of what is going on.
You'll be pleased to know that i no longer get up at stupid o'clock. I don't need to. Because the moronic allow me to work my day off. Counter-productive? Maybe.
But i still work a five-day week.
But the company is losing business, and it will only get worse.
I'll still be employed, but my boss won't be.

I retired at 25, but decided to go back to work. I joined RMG at 27. Oh! And i'm a multi-millionaire.

I would also suggest that you spend as much time, if not more time here than i do.

This post from Wolfy123 would suggest that assay results are expected tomorrow. So, unless i'm mistaken, this is not a given for tomorrow. Have i missed something about the assay results being released tomorrow?
I thought it was "just" phase two confirmation, or not.
