If you read back i'm sure you'll find that targets were missed, but payments still made.
I'm sure that you were one of the biggest critics of these "payments for failure".

I certainly do not share this sentiment, or agree with it. And i do not know of any blue collar workers who do.
Doing the job in the way it should be done, is a different kettle of fish.
I'm certainly not going to kill myself, trying to get the extra workload cleared, that has been imposed through these recent revisions.
However. Today was the lightest Monday i have ever seen. Lapsing done, and i have no problem with that.
And for the first time in 8 months, no agency staff in my office.
Let's see how it all pans out.
I have no issue working my time, in line with RM guidelines.
Later start and finishes? That's another matter.

He would be obliged to offer his highest price paid in a 12 month period as it states in the code of takeover….but that doesn’t mean that shareholders have to accept that price nor would they.

It would give Kretinsky a much better starting point than it would if his highest price paid in the last 12 months had been 480p for instance.

It’s the same as anything in life, if he wants the business he’ll have to pay for it. The shareholders have bargaining power also.

When the company and other associates can buy as much as they like at current prices, put in a low ball offer after 30%, and get it for much less than your average?

If the markets shared your sentiment regarding Danny Boy, and the profitable parts are going to be sold off for at least double the current price, why is this not moving.
