Well in my opinion Avct are unlikely to ever make a quarterly payment in cash, if they do I won't just eat one hat I will eat several, one of the problems with AIM companies (unlike the main market) is they do see payments in shares as pretty much free money......especially if the board members hold a lot of warrants/options.

In my opinion they were selling for a fortnight before the issue (and bear in mind that Brokers can naked sell up to 10% of the share register) and Heights weighted average is well above 118.5 so at the end of the day they were able to sell at 112.00 without it affecting their return on investment.............. although come July that may not be the case.

In my opinion they have absolutely been selling and have also been forward selling this week...so don't expect a TR1 from heights anytime soon.

richer like me has been here for years.......I feel he's entitled to vent......yeah sometimes maybe a bit too negative.......but you know what he has had skin in the game a long time so it's fine by me.

This selling of 10,000 and 20,000 blocks is absolutely relentless and has been for weeks, it could be heights because their weighted average is far above 118.5 but actually I'm surprised they've got any left.
