I have said in the past myself that I felt AS had been treating everything too much like a University Project and less like a commercial enterprise but more recently it certainly does appear that things are a changing.

Bella it's owned by Addition Finance , there are still around 36m shares to go (assuming they are all executed at 1.1875 so it will be a drag on the SP for a while.........I'm hoping that after yesterdays 'near' conformation that things are working towards a very bright future that ii's will soon come in and buy HC's conversions directly.

Codejunkie. Yes your right that is what the agreement says or at least as Cryptomonicom said that is what it sort of says.......but AIM is called the wild west for a reason..... brokers are allowed to naked sell up to 20% of the shares in issue and there is a reason for that as well.

You have been long enough to know what go's on and you also know that on AIM there are rules, rules and damm lies.... you also saw the SP drop from 1.80 to 1.20 and then as if by magic a placing appeared at 1.20....... that was AIM at it's best.

Cryptomonicom ..... I would guess if you take a mean average...maybe about 9% so not too shabby.

HC did the same in February in requesting a conversion to take advantage of the higher SP then..........and have done the same now I'm just surprised that is was only 700,000........but it does explain the drop and I guess it was Heights forward selling that halted the rise

Well I can't remember the last time we had an RNS where the SP opened up.......and then continued up......we've had so many false dawns it doesn't bear thinking about but........dare I say it and it is an early call have we finally left the 100-110 range behind for good

If it wasn't for old gravel teeth and his obsession with AVCT we may well have been pushing 1.35 by now.

Yeah yet another anti Avct article this morning from the idiot TW telling everyone that a placing is on the way and with a 'death spiral' already in place that as a company Avct is pretty much finished.

I can only guess that at some point somebody from Avacta slept with his daughter, got her pregnant and then did a runner because he really does seem to have a very unhealthy obsession with this company.

Gracie12......the first 75k sell appeared around the 4th of August and until yesterday there had been one at the end of every trading session since.....so with yesterday's 125k that takes us to a nice round 2m.

Are Heights done ....who knows, you would like to think that the constant drip of 10,000 sells we've had for 6 weeks may have been part of the overall 3.8m.

Oh please....of course it's not a buy....a) at what point in the day was the offer anywhere near 117.52 and ......b) there is a reason the sp is down on the open.......it's no big deal...all in the price.

The 75,000 trades have been going through since Aug 4th so 900,000 to date, the days preceding that there were several trades of 150,000 so you would assume it's Heights, in my opinion some were being forward sold before July 21st.......but it does seem that following criticism (myself included) of STFL they are at last trying to create an orderly market and a more stable SP rather than just dumping them as fast as they can every 3 months.

I agree and don’t doubt for one minute that is the case, we as current shareholders are very much yesterday's people that’s just how it is on AIM because that’s what the Junior Market is it's all about…raising money.

I have no issue with that (as long as the dilution doesn’t get to silly levels) what I do have an issue with is as happened with the 1.20 raise where an agreement is reached with a iii several days before announcement giving the said company (and others I don’t doubt) an opportunity to sell down the share from 1.80 to 1.20 and thereby ensuring a hefty profit is realised therefore providing extra protection to their placing price.

All in my personal option of course
