Well I'm sorry but I'm pretty underwhelmed by that RNS, bar the 65% reduction in one patient it's still 'pivotal' and 'encouraging' which is what we have been hearing for the last couple of years and as expected from these 'presentation days' the SP slides.

I guess another wait for a couple of months before the FDA news ......it was never going to be a 'rerate moment' but if I'm honest I'm feeling a little disappointed with that RNS.

Well I'll be honest......I've been invested nearly 4 years and maybe 6 presentation/science days later I have watched the SP slide every time..........so I am hoping tomorrow it bucks the trend and at least stays where it is.

...'They’re going to continue selling until Tuesday to derisk in case this is a disaster'.........oh yeah good point.......it could all be over by Wednesday afternoon

Tim yes I know although we both know strange things happen on AIM but actually if you read the agreement from Oct 22 its pretty ambiguous as to whether they can or not.

I'm amazed that Heights haven't stepped in requesting more loan conversion shares, they jumped in 3 weeks ago on a 10p rise to cash in 715,000........maybe they have been forward selling and an RNS will arrive in the next couple of days ....just a thought.

HC are not going to hold onto them because they are not an investment arm they are a finance division, they have loaned AVCT money and at the earliest opportunity they will want it back.......as it is they are quids in, they get a quarterly interest payment to cover the loan and then get their repaid capital in shares which are converted 118.75....win win

What I would like to see is HC's shares at the end of Oct being bought up directly by an ii's........at the moment wishful thinking....but if that does happen then the hare really is at last..... up and running.

Or is "in due course" the new 'shortly'........I hope not because historically 'shortly' has been a very long time.

I think HC are done, I know there are some that say in the agreement they can’t forward sell but the wording is unclear and personally (and it’s my opinion) regardless of what any agreements say, forward selling has been going on for years on the AIM market because unlike the main market…..in comparison it is pretty much unregulated.

They decided to covert some extra shares to take advantage of a great RNS released last week……..yet the conversion date was for a week later when you might expect it would have been for the following day…….why wait a week when they know that some people will start taking profits in anticipation of the shares coming on to the market in a weeks time and possibly driving the SP…….my point is ….I don’t think they did wait a week.

He may well have done........but on several occasions he has intimated about expanding into Germany.........so who knows.

Look... I'm not saying they shouldn't try and make money from it if they can.......I just don't want them investing any more money into it.......the two purchases aside we have heard silence from the DX side since Jan 22 and that doesn't impress me...and yes they may talk about it next week.......but they also said that in June and then didn't because there was some secret licence stuff going (yes I'm over egging the pudding but I'm sure people know what I mean)........I'm just not onboard with DX anymore......but that's my personal opinion and I know it's not everybody's.
