Hi WsKR.
My driving motivation is ‘the truth’. I’ve got a bee in my bonnet because BIDS lied to the market about its 2018 revenues.
I, as should everyone else, take being lied to personally, particularly when it’s my cash being spent.
My life experiences lend me to assume liars tend to not be able to stop. Ergo, I believe Draper will keep puffing up his company in an attempt to get the next shovel-load of cash, in order for them to keep from running out of cash. They clearly still don’t have any ‘significant’ revenues coming in, otherwise that simple fact would have been highlighted in the RNS.
Yet, whilst running out of cash is the key risk here, BIDS still has some value; value that some other company will recognise and be able to put a price on. My guess is that SFOR would be very keen to buy the contractual rights of BIDS at the right price. I’m plumbing for 12p because it will be a level that saves some face for Draper and will still see him and Fran clear a couple of million in cash (making the last few years at least worthwhile).
Their problem is now trust. Can we trust them? Trust is very like virginity; we all have it to start off with, but when it’s gone, it’s gone.
If no-one buys BIDS then it have to raise cash, and I can’t see that occurring currently. I fully recognise I could be wrong on this point and BIDS could raise another few million.
As I’ve said a few times now; this is binary; either they raise cash or they get taken over. There is currently no revenues of note to keep on the lights of 3-4 offices and 90+ - people - and time is definitely not on their side. They have 8 weeks left. Which, to put into context, will likely be less time than we will all have to likely remain in lockdown.

but the cynic in me (created by the events, not the puff) thinks JD stated 6th April because that's the day he know lots of mugs will have another £20k in their ISAs to throw his way. look out for another 'not quite saying anything' RNS that will tempt in all that lovely new ISA-rinsed cash.
Sorry, but that's the level of my Bidleif in JD. Come on Martin Sorrell, put us out of our misery and buy this company up.

same old 5h1te from so called experts. can't see the blooming obvious because they are looking for answers in charts and other voodoo gadgets. I'll take my own counsel on whether BIDS is going to suddenly be inundated with cash (but don't mention it in their RNS) rather than such chump at CNBS, who failed to see the whole crash, if that's all the same to you Piller2post. Good luck with your new investment - just don't believe the hype. because that's what it is until they........................

So I get it.
I'm being hounded for not coming over to the dark side, when I was invited and gave a curt 'thanks but no thanks'. Might even best be described as 'no thanks'.

btw, I've never attacked anyone on this board. I've only ever defended my own position. but I guess you guys are right in one sense - what do I know?
I know one thing - BB's are full of rampers, con artists and aggressive types who realise they can manipulate the readers..... and when any of those readers dare to go against that 'dark' aim, they get shot at. I guess that makes me part of the helx, thechancers, jilson et al, (hi guys, nice to make your acquaintances officially, at last).
Shame, as I really have only been trying to help.
As for the poster I was worried about. I fail to see why my concerns makes me a **** as one of you so eloquently put it. Again, I guess that must be another piece of evidence as to the state of my old grey matter. Clearly I must be pretty dim, not to get that person's argument/point (this last sentence needs to be read with an air of sarcasm, just in case its not obvious to the dark side brigade).
So, in balance, my time here is done. It's descended into a biatch-slapping match, which is what my first ever post predicted.
Good luck all. Don't worry, this market will recover, though I seriously doubt BIDS will exist to see it, as I fully expect it to be a part of another company by then or just underwater. Hope its not the latter for all those like, who was it?...... 'thebig', out there who were persuaded to put in their life savings by the rampers and the con-artists and the spivs. You know who you are and any mud throwing at those of us who have posted against your narrative, still cannot change the accuracy of our posting:
Any more 'thebigs' out there take note................ these people are only after your money or are simply that feeked up in general, that they are unable at any point to admit their error in this investment and will defend it to the death. Shame, they are wasted here/hear/hare (just making sure I get it right at least once). Them's the sort we need on the front line, facing all the bullets.

Thanks for your post PersonA, as you have reminded me of something.
Does everyone recall the posts from someone on this BB the day that JD announced there were no revenues and the price tanked to 6p?
I do, and it haunts me frequently. The guy in question clearly became very unstable mentally, and was obviously in need of help. He then went quiet and we've not heard from him again. Several people on this BB tried to reach out to him.
Does anyone know if he is still with us? My fear is that this BIDS fiasco (the whole ramping it up and then failing to deliver) led him to put all his savings into this and then top himself. This sort of thing does happen as I have experienced it at close quarters.
My point is this. Rampers can and do actually contribute to those sorts of scenarios. If that guy did harm himself, we will probably never know, but I would hate to be one of the rampers if that was actually what happened and knowledge of it got back to us. But even without the knowledge, who would actually want to risk that?
So, please, don't ramp.
Please also, lets try and be nice to each other - might be that most of us are dead in a few months anyway.

Pived-off - I've been dealing with CoVid-19 fallouts across my businesses. Seems some people have escalated this from 'Slightly peeved' to 'A bit miffed'.
I do enjoy dipping in here though. It's a proper distraction from the nightmare that is the real world.
and on an even lighter note, I can now report that the £1700 I had made in all my dealings with BIDS has now evaporated and I'm sitting on a £1200 loss. I'm now in the club with everyone else. ho hum.

Cricky, you rampers are unreal.
Firstly, I use 'spiv' as a term as it is a well-known market putdown for what we now now as private investors who day trade, or insider traders - it dates back from my days as a market maker.
Secondly, I don't really care what anyone thinks about me, but I do feel for those who read this BB and fall for the constant barrage of utter rampage, that is C(o)unt, MFI-YZ and co.
They have constantly ramped this company despite both the evidence and the share price (which is, at the end of the day) the crucial factor.
I've posted reasonable, balanced views on BIDS, all of which have proven correct (apart from the first ones). I'll change my opinion of the rampers when they are correct - and not before. Until then, that's what they are - paid rampers - or stupid.
C(o)unt's only response was to question my intellect. speaks volumes in itself.
if you are sitting on the side-lines, take note. He is part of the BIDS machine or a fool. You decide. The trouble with the immensely stupid, (compared the run-of-the-mill stupid), is that their affliction is so great they are not aware of it. I used to think you were merely aggressively defending your position and mindset on BIDS.
Now I know you are one of two things;
1. Either aggressively stupid or;
2. A paid poster for BIDS.

I won’t block you as I believe your posts will provide me with useful incite as to what is occurring at BIDS.

I would not count me as a Bidilever. I think this is binary; either BIDS is purchased or it goes bust.
I’m effectively having a £6000 punt, at odds of 2:1.
Hardly the qualities of a long term investor now.
Also, I have no faith in JD, given the lies over the revenues in 2018. Once bitten.....,.

Let’s see what happens over the next 3 months - assuming there’s are any of us left by then.

And the experts are saying the pandemic will last 4 months this year and will be back every year.
Given the figures in the RNS, that means each hospital will require £500,000 of tests this wave, and presumably each of the next few waves, until population is immune.
Question is how many hospitals in the UK will be buying it. Each NHS trust has its own buying team and there’s many an NHS Trust run by morons.
But this is still good news. Will open stronger and fall back some; until we get rid of all the spivs.

That’s an interesting way to look at it. Do you think someone in one of the COBRA meetings pointed out the long term savings to Social Services following the ‘early demise’ of 1m pensioners? And another chipping in that some of that saved cash could be recycled immediately into the budget as ‘giveaways?
I’m certain that conversation occurred....... happily behind the closed doors of COBRA; the minutes of which are automatically protected for decades.
The reality is, those same security chiefs and politicians were talking about their own parents/relatives.
All sad but predictable.

Not sure why you say I’m full of crack?
You should read my posts on BIDS. Every one of them has been right on the money - except the first posts - when I based my predictions of future sales on the lies I was told in the 2019 AGM by a director, who stated the £300k of revs in 2018 was “generated in only 6 weeks” implying it was genuine non-contrived revenue. They lied. It was contrived/manufactured ‘revenue’, the like of which they have patently been unable to replicate or continue at any pace. That £300k revenue was thrown into the 2018 accounts to falsify their revenue potential and persuade investors to put in a further £5m.
That’s totally unacceptable. It’s also the reason for my initial upbeat (and, therefore, my only) inaccurate post to date.

My last post (yesterday) is a punt at what is coming done the line so may prove inaccurate, but, with the SP at 25% below the reverse-takeover price of 6p, who fancies betting against me? You? If so, please let me know what you think is going on and why, rather than just claim (inaccurately) that I am full of cack.
Btw, did you drop that phone with shock, when you saw the latest SP of BIDS? Or just didn’t have the strength in your hands after that set of 5kg bicep curl reps x2?
