This HP comment re going concern still seems a bit odd to me. What good is £3M when you're talking about 7-10 year contracts, it'll last Cyan about 12-18 months.
I hope the conversation actually went a bit more like:
You get £3M cash in your bank account sharpish and this contract worth £xyz is yours.
Whatever is going on, I'm going to hang around for my takeover - however long it takes.

IMO, the £3M was raised via a placing because time was of the essence. When opportunities arise, they need to be seized. However, growing a company quickly can be a dangerous business and needs to be navigated carefully cash flow wise. It's quite a common mistake to bite off more than you can chew and before you know it the business has gone pop.
I'm hoping that the £3M was needed for something that we are yet to hear about but will be over the next few months.

Do you think that the 408K @ 15p reported trade is reliable or a glitch?
IMO, IF the market gets a whiff of Cyan being seriously involved in India, the SP will fly past 38p. That's only a market cap of £80M but it is a big IF.

Well, Milan Radia has got his reputation to think of. He does need the gap between 13p and 38p to close a tad.

Excluding weekends and bank holidays, a penny a day rise would get us to Hardman & Co's 38p by the time of the AGM.

SP up by a penny a day until the AGM would suit me just fine.

I read it as Cyan being a 'subcontractor' to Schneider and the actual end customer being one that Cyan has never been involved with before.

I don't think that anyone who has followed Cyan (the oldest start up in town) can be accused of being impatient. I'm not impatient, they just need to treat all shareholders with decency - behave like a proper company and provide the basic information (e.g. quarterly updates would be a start), so that we can make informed decisions and not be left playing blind.
We'll probably be kept waiting until the last minute (30/09/21) to get to see the 2021 finals. What good is that?
