I don't think that we're going to get a TU for the P/E 31/03/2022. Unless something has gone badly wrong in the last few weeks of the P/E 31/03/2022, it's pretty safe to assume that revenue for that year is going to come in at £9M'ish.
That's why I'm more interested in the current year and the £18.83M projection than worrying too much about last year's figures.
You never know, we might have a brief TU for the Q/E 30/06/2022 before we see the final figures for the Y/E 31/03/22.

On 11/04/2022, Hardman & Co projected Cyan's 2022/2023 revenue at £18.83M. I wonder how this is going.
As we're approaching the end of the first quarter for 22/23, it would be good to hear from the company that it continues to trade in line with market expectations, if indeed it is.
If they stay shtum, it will be assumed that it's not and we know where that will lead.

I didn't really doubt that Cenkos would accept their appointment. After all, it would have reflected very badly on Arden if something had cropped up to make Cenkos back out.
Any idea if this year's AGM will be restricted in numbers again or open to all shareholders?

Happy with today's RNS but disappointed by the market's response (so far) to the news. Still 40% down from November 2021's highs.
I appreciate that there's a lot going on around the world at the moment to unsettle investors and that tech stocks are particularly out of favour but still.....
Hoping this news is backed up soon with a bit more e.g. a good trading update would do for starters.
