It can't possibly take them 13 weeks to establish the revenue figure for the 3 months to 31/03/2022.

They let the market know that revenue was £6.8m for the 9 months to 31/12/2021.

There might/might not be a lot going on but to tot up your sales from Jan-Mar'22 can't be that hard.

For whatever reason, they don't want us to have the revenue figure. It might be because it will make JC look silly for saying as late as 12/01/2022 that:-

"I am also pleased to confirm that the Company expects to meet market forecasts for the current financial year."

Perhaps the £6.8m revenue figure for the 9 months isn't reliable and the full year is actually going to be less than that. I doubt that this is the case though, as I would think that they would have needed to alert the market if that was the case.

They can hide the revenue information for now but we will get to see it eventually.

Audits don't need to be completed before the TU can be released.

The non-release of the TU is the BoD's choice and the reason for it is completely obvious to everyone.

Are you telling me that the audits for the Y/E 31/03/2021 were completed within a week? The 31/03/2021 TU was released on 07/04/2021.

Complete nonsense.

For crying out loud, just put out the profit/loss warning and be done with it.

The reluctance of the company to come clean about 2021/2022 revenue is going to cost us investors. IMO, when 14p is breached, the SP will be back into single figures in a blink.

The BoD are happy to be seen endorsing the latest Hardman report dated 11/04/2022 (i.e. after the company's accounting year end) by releasing it as an RNS and finding a place for it on the company's website. The Hardman report says on the first page that estimated revenue for 2021/2022 year is £9.28M. That's quite a specific number.
In my opinion, it will be bang out of order if 2021/2022 revenue actually comes in at a figure much different to that and will take some explaining by the BoD.
We'll find out on or before 30/09/2022.

My guess is that market forecasts for the year ended 31/03/2022 have been missed and the BoD are hoping that the 2022/2023 Q1 figures will get them out of jail if OK and released simultaneously with the 2021/2022 figures.

Still happy to hold my Cyan shares but would appreciate more detail from the company as to what is actually going on. I take what Milan and Arden have to say with a pinch of salt.

I only post this sort of stuff to encourage any younger investors reading to explore other investment 'products', rather than just stock picking .

I like VCTs a lot.

* 30% of your investment returned to you as a tax refund (obviously you need to have paid tax to have it refunded).
* Tax-free dividends (usually aiming for 5% of your total investment but can sometimes be a bit of a windfall).
* Any capital gains made are made free of CGT.

Needs to be forgotten about for 5 years (i.e. not sold) to retain the 30% tax reducer.

I know that tonyj likes to have a bit of a laugh about my SIPP and VCT comments.

However, I received a very pleasant letter from Unicorn AIM VCT this morning telling me that they've just made a massive profit on the disposal of their Interactive Investor holding and that they are distributing the entire realised gain by way of a Special Dividend. For me, this Special Dividend (tax-free) is equivalent to 50% of my investment. Decent return for a bit of a Steady Eddie investment.
