If the BoD have received an approach by someone who wants to buy the company, do they have to divulge such information to shareholders?

It sure is a funny one to try and make sense of.
50% lower than it was 10 months ago, even after a decent set of full year figures and the 1M order.
I added a few at 17.4p recently but beginning to wonder if I'm missing something really important.
Hope not.
Can't understand why the company is never covered by IC or Shares magazine. You'd have look back years to find anything.

When you look at Intellismart's website, all of their news stuff is six months old. I thought that there was supposed to be loads going on. To me, their website is suggesting the opposite.

That's not how I understand it. The ordinary share nominal price is 2p.

The £945K is arrived at as follows:-

236m shares x 20% = 47.2m

47.2m sharesx 2p = £945K

I've been disappointed by the market's reaction to the order & finals and the only thing that I can put it down to is that the market thinks that a fundraise will be required to push on with things. Just attempting to get my head around what the worst-case scenario might look like.

Am I correct in reading the Special Resolutions (if renewed) as giving the BoD the authority to issue up to 47M new shares (20% of existing 236M)?

If that's the case, I've got no problem with it, just wanting to understand.

Yes, really happy with the progress being made by the company. I'm going to leave it (my investment) to do its thing now and wait patiently for the takeover, whenever that might be.

It was a positive Y/E report but I guess the market had already built in that news beforehand, as JC had said that market expectations re revenue had been exceeded. Market was anticipating £9.3M'ish and they reported £9.6M'ish.
Perhaps some were counting on the 'exceeding' being a tad more than it was and were left slightly disappointed.
I'm still on a high after they landed their order for 1M modules.
