Most shareholders are reasonable people. They invest their hard-earned and know that they will have to take the rough with the smooth.
What they don't expect is to be treated like mugs by the BoD of the company that they are invested in. It will be 6 months tomorrow since JC last mentioned revenue. This just isn't good enough.

RNS date 28/01/2022 - 3,176,656 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company, have been transferred to other beneficiaries at a price of 28.3 pence per Ordinary Share.......................and subsequently sold?

The RNS date is not the date of the transfer. The transfer will have taken place in November 2021 for that 28.3p price to be applied. To sell then was quite a call - smack on the button (i.e. right at the top of the spike). Some people have all the luck.

They are currently £500K better off for bailing out at the peak. Great timing by them, fair play.

Schneider Electric, one of Shares Magazine's picks for 2022 is disappointing them. They refer to temporary lockdowns in China which may have affected some of its plants.

No, when the market is relying on what a CEO is saying, they have a responsibility to be careful about what they state, regardless of how excited they might be getting.

I trust that when JC was so bullish on 12/01/2022 he understood the difference between cash collection and revenue.
My worry is that he over-egged 2021/2022 and now wants/needs the Q1 TU to get him of of jail, if it can.
Time will tell.
