That's not my issue, as I don't hold single company investments (apart from Cyan).
My investments are in funds - stockpicking days are a thing of the past for me.

I think that being able to sell a fair amount in one go suggests to me that the MMs are wanting shares at the moment. That's not always the case - I sometimes struggle to get an offer for £500 worth of shares when attempting dummy sales.

Well, I tried a dummy sale (quite a few shares ) and was offered 14.525p straight away, no bother.
I think today's trades are buys and that I might miss my chance to buy at these levels, unless I can do so fairly quickly.

I think that the accounts, when we see them, will be an extremely good set of figures.
If we have to wait until the end of Sept for the accounts, I'm hoping that they will be followed up quickly (early October) with a strong TU for H1 and substantial order to boot.
I believe that a flurry of positive RNSs in the autumn will result in a re-rating for Cyan, pushing us to new SP highs and hopefully keeping us there.

Good news or bad, you can count on me to cut and paste my Google alerts.
You're telling me re funds. I was on the blower first thing on Monday and was told it would take 5-10 days from there. Plenty of time, as I can't see anything appearing until September - what's the point in the company dropping news into the mix when everyone's on holiday. That would be a waste.
Patience is a virtue.

Having read the 'Recommendations' on Rajiv Kumar's LinkedIn page, I can't help but think that his moving on is Cyan's loss. However, the skills that he holds might not have suited the job that he had to do at Cyan.

There might be another explanation. Perhaps he was originally placed in Cyan to assess the company and its suitable to partner (e.g. IntelliSmart) with and his work is now done.

Yes, happy that they've managed to sell a new product into MENA but I'd be lying if I said that I wasn't a tad disappointed that the RNS wasn't the 2022 accounts or news of an Indian contract win.
Perhaps my disappointment will be short-lived.

I don't think that there is anything stopping them from doing that.
The BoD would need to persuade the shareholders that it is the best use of the company's cash. At this moment in time i.e. an opportunity to really grow the business, my guess is that that the BoD would say that they need all the cash they can get their hands on to buy more stock right now but who knows.

As at 30/09/2021, Cyan had retained losses of £65M (you can see this figure on their balance sheet).
Cyan will need to have made sufficient profits to use up these losses (and any further losses incurred from the 30/09/2021 onwards) before they can make any distributions to shareholders.
It's not going to happen in our lifetime IMO.
Shareholders will need to be 'rewarded' in another way/

£60M-£70M of losses need to be cleared before dividends are possible. That's quite a way off.
Repurchase scheme seems the logical way forward if cash position allows.
