I presume the event of a company sale, which I see as the only feasible end game for COC, we will be contacted by JP Jenkins?

Why not just hold the shares in the private company?......although not sure how that actually works, do we get a certificate? do they get relocated from the current trading account as they are no longer listed? surely your holding cant just disappear and they will have more value than 0.225p?

but the company will be delisted (private?) so how does that work and what would actually change in terms of how it affects your holding, can you sell in the same way? would the likes of ii.co.uk still hold the shares for you if they are now off market?
