If they had expressed an interest then they could have been part to any placing though the minimums expected might have been higher than many might have been prepared to ante up. A wider offering is more expensive to administer and the rate was never heavily discounted. Most shareholders could buy whatever granular amount they wanted at around the placing price post issue if they wanted, so not particularly disadvantageous. Some comment about a small number of warrants that were issued alongside one of the placings but relatively small beer. Finland does not really owe us much and is paste in comparison to the gem in Portugal. Oman delays will work their way though, Moz is a beast of a pension fund, and realistically the next move will only come when the licence application is decided on (June/July) as they will then know what needs doing. The application was comprehensive so hopefully most areas will be covered off and things moved on.

CM, Bob on. Results day for many a company reminds me of a virtual August 12th, with a small minority just waiting to have a pop. It's understandable as it gives a chance to rummage through potentially dirty washing and find things that may be uncomfortable for the board. Maybe I have been conditioned and softened up with any expectations managed via previous RNS but there didn't seem to be any surprises to my first read. I quite like the project specific LTIP, and whilst some may say they the bar is not high, we as shareholders will benefit from them turning the target into fact, and that is something we all want. Perspective. They are nailing a third of their LTIP to Omani mining in 2018. They must feel continuing confidence that Housing Ministry will be finally given the authority to release the No Objection tick. Also, one of the key reasons there is a supportive shareholder base is the overall progression of the company. These supportive shareholders may not have become or remain so entwined without the key personnel. This has also enabled the company to raise over �8m last year with very limited fundraising costs that used to go to brokers of dubious quality. The fees and negativity saved from this alone more than covers the cost of any bonus and for me this is well earned. No, I am not on the Remcom.
