So markets in general are volatile, lots of reasons for the retail investor to sit with their hands under their bums, cash is king, looking for lower levels etc etc , blah, blah. Couple this with a string of solid news and increased activity in Portugal, with increasing expectation (some difference of views here) of a conclusion to what has been the logjam in Oman may lead some wondering whether this is all a precursor to a fund raiser. Not an unreasonable expectation as we are still a user of capital. That being said the sp has been quite steady at slightly over the warrant price. I can't see any reason for any discount to get a fund raise away. I also would question any need to issue any further warrants.. Indeed I would wonder whether the suggestion maybe to exercise the existing warrants alongside any further placing needed. They are in the money over the 6p price now and with the future prospects, it's would seem unlikely to fall back. It would squash unnecessary negative comments, sentiment or uncertainty which maybe delaying response.

Aimtd, I doubt very much that they will have to start thinking about finance or oftake agreements. They may need to confirm and date any agreements, but that groundwork will have been done. To borrow a well worn phrase, nothing is agreed until everything is agreed. There may well be JV board meetings but it would beggar belief that they are not using their timely visit, that has probably been pencilled in for a wee while, to progress things.

I understand that all the mail goes to one individual, who was busy at the time and is no doubt even busier now. I said at the time that they would get back to him, though it may be in time as it would depend on what is actually in front of them, or if they are travelling etc. They did reply a week or so later and did deal with the issues that were brought up. No half-hearted grudging pseudo praise here. This is solid news today and a pointer to the coming weeks. If people cannot see what is being put together here then I would question the value of any further education, even at a kindergarten. Martin certainly has a bulging briefcase to support any discussions he may have and confirmed authority to be able to speak on European supply chain. I remember seeing a tweet effectively questioning SAV's seriousness because the drill rig was a bit grubby and not shiny.
