Ishi99. I think you are correct. That is a concern of mine as well. It is far easier to raise capital in the US than the UK due to the difference in valuations.The US like to talk their companies up while the UK is quite the opposite.Unless the UK changes its approach it is going to lose listings to the US.

Clairemith. There is no dilution here. The company is not issuing new shares.

My opinion of Motley Fool is not based purely on their Darktrace analysis. Go and read some of their articles. Most of them are clickbait and missing any genuine analysis.

A reasonable investment strategy would be to read whatever the Motley Fool suggest and do the opposite. There article are generally junk.

I had a look at them last week. Decided against buying as I think they might lose market share to Shein. Could obviously be wrong but would rather not take the risk.

Oculus. Your opinion seems to be that Darktrace shares are too expensive and aren't worth investing in. Guess you won't be wasting anymore of your time posting here.

Darktrace are growing quickly in a sector that increasing rapidly. You are paying for the future growth and pontential. To look for fundamentals to back up the share price of a growth company is naive and borderline idiotic. I think most sensible investors here know that.

I would take anything Motley Fool say with a pinch of salt. Their analysis is at best amateurish.

Sorry Tuju. I don't think the board have have had plenty of slack. They quite clearly knew that there was going to be no PFS and chose to paint a different picture. Getting false information in a RNS is not okay with me.

I think this misleading statement in the RNS of 29/01 regarding the PFS still being prepared needs to be investigated further. Is that not blatantly misleading shareholders. They quite clearly knew at that point tha the PFS wasn't happening.
