Kick. Darktrace was never expected to make a profit at this stage. Saying there is no business growth isnt true either. A 40% increase in customers & a 45% increase in ARR is real growth.

Not invested here but I have followed the story. Would love to see the company re-list on the Nasdaq and go on to be a great success. The way the UK market has tried to damage this company is nothing short of a disgrace and should be a lesson for any company listing in the in future. It has happened to others before. Any UK tech company listing on the FTSE is going to experience this behaviour so that the shorts can benefit. It is clear the hedge funds have their placemen in the press to do their dirty work for them.

The UK is ripe for a short squeeze. So much misinformation and downright lies being spread by those shorting. Would love to see them get a taste of their own medicine.

To reduce uncertainty I would rather that the ML holding in Darktrace was gone sooner rather than later. Would obviously depend on ML being willing/able to sell and someone wanting to buy.

I agree with what you say about the Darktrace funds not necessarily coming from the Autonomy sale. Just trying to work out if a court will see it the same way. The US will be looking to make an example of him.

Yes. It's a mess that going to drag on for years. The extract you provided suggesting that other Autonomy directors is certainly positive. The fact that Poppy and others are not implicated might reduce the damage.

Nd71. As you suggested earlier- my concern would be that the 16% held by Mike Lynch and his wife could be considered as being gained via fraudulent funds. Not sure what the implications of that would be.

Good to see the endpoint product launch. Darktrace are doing all the right things at a business level. Another product to cross-sell to existing customers as well. The clowns at Peel & Shadowfall that suggested Darktrace have overestimated the cybersecurity market don't have a clue what they are talking about. They probably thought that Amazon were making a mistake branching out beyond books. Focusing on the long term is important here.

Correction 1% of Darktrace cap is £25 million.

Is it 1% of the float? That would be a Significantly smaller number than £250 million.
