What an unusual series of outbursts!

This could be hinting that the funding will be sufficient to cover getting us to production or it might simply mean exactly what it says and whatever is left over will be used towards developing the site (but could be £5).

Hopefully the former, of course.

Silver, the use of the term 'take some time to formalise' is interesting because you need an outline agreement in place to move onto the formalities. I hope I'm not getting over excited!

I'm right in thinking there were no restrictions imposed as part of the placing that prevented/limited the sale of shares for a period of time? I had a (very quick) read through a couple of times but could find no reference to such an exclusion.
