Morning Folks. Yeah, what I meant about the raise... I wasn't really referring to the court case. I guess we will get legal aid/no win, no fee etc. However, my understanding from Colin (back in September I think) was that AST had enough money/revenue, to last until December? They must be running on fumes by now. With the declining well production, of course that means less revenue per month? Might they not need a "small" raise to keep going... short term? It's either that, or mothball the whole thing and cut costs to an absolute minimum and go forth to court! Be nice to know Colin's plan... :) GLA.

Jure Leben is a nightmare for any business. You only have to look at his twitter. He's a zealot. In an ideal world, he'd be a stand up guy, but for business/industry (and investment), he's seriously bad news. I'm coming to the opinion nothing will now change his mind... no permits for us unfortunately. Colin will have to go to court. Indeed. A very sad state of affairs. In the latest progress update last week, it states that the Paris court is still scheduled for hearing on 26th March 2019, with the decision expected by end of 2019. Of course, whatever decision it renders, will most likely be appealed, so I guess this could go on for some time yet. Administration being extended for 2 more years. Hopefully... one day, we shall see some justice... GLA.
