It's a nice thought - but WHEN is Circum IPO coming along? We've been hearing about it for (literally) years now. Either it happens, or it doesn't and I think relying on it for PREM's survival is dangerous. Don't get me wrong.. I hold here, and I want to see it do well... but we need to start moving forward, not stay in constant limbo!! :) GLA.

Money back is not an option unfortunately... it's just a case of wait and see now. One Month, Twelve Months... Never? You just don't know if it will relist and/or be tradeable again. Fingers crossed for all the holders it will. GLA.

Nothing new unfortunately... raising 1.7m at a discount. However, how much will this buy them? Not too much... so I think people should wait a little, see what the finances are like going forward. TRP have not found one drop of oil, in all the years they have been peddling their wares, so it's a gamble to buy now... IMO. GLA.

Seem intent on forcing through this offer irrespective of anything else. They seem to have no regard whatsoever for the shareholders in the company. That doesn't sit too well with their fiduciary duties! People need to be careful with the SP... evident the BOD want it sold at 1p regardless... GLA.

Problem is... Zimbabwe is pretty chaotic just now, with probably other major priorities ahead of us... so, I guess it could take some time to sort out, under the circumstances? In the meantime, would be nice to get an update on progression of the company on other fronts, to allay some of the concerns voiced on here! :) GLA.

Done, it's over and done with, we will see where the SP goes today. I personally still don't know why they have not yet instigated the legal route over Slovenia's failure to issue permits? To my mind... we will not be getting any permits... ever... so we need to start the process really? Hopefully, we will see some news on this soon!! GLA.

In hindsight, the last part of the interview, when discussing what shareholders should expect.. it is pretty cringe!! He looks sheepish, and stutters a bit... nothing unusual, but obviously, we now know why! :)

Not sure WHYAST... in an email to me on 19th Dec he did mention these:

"There would be ways to prolong the productive life of the wells without a permit by having another attempt to resolve Pg-11A issues and installing compression equipment for Pg-10."

So, it's a question of how much would these cost?

"The Company will use the funds raised for general working capital, to develop the Petisovci project and to progress a number of identified opportunities to grow the Company outside of Slovenia."

So, some compression equipment for the 10 well... get rid of the problems in PG-11A?? Then, buy something in Croatia?? Meanwhile... sue the Slovenians!! :) GLA.
