Jure Leben is only after his pound of flesh now... he's not going quietly!! Let's be frank… if there is to be an EIA, this will drag on for a LONG time IMO, so we'll be effectively finished in Slovenia (if we're not already at that point now!). Old wells will not keep us going. Surely we need to start legal proceedings now... what else is left?

The decision will be... there will be NO decision, IMO, and they will impose the Environmental Impact Assessment required option.. thereby getting out of making one!! I emailed Colin earlier this week about such a thing... no response.

I'm assuming the EIA talk, comes from the Total Slovenia news article last week?

I have a small-ish holding in Motif... added a few recently too, and maybe will again, if it stays around here, or a placing at a lower level comes. It's risky, but I think/hope it will pass FDA muster, eventually!! Maybe some hurdles to cross first, but ultimately I hope all LTH's and short-termers too, will make a nice profit. Guess it's why we are here!! BIO companies are not for the faint-hearted :) GLA.

Then... for something, anything to happen, before the investor evening... I'm praying that CH has something newsworthy to impart. Cannot believe we're nearly in March, and nothing has happened in the permit world. I am still of the firm opinion that whilst Mr Leben is in power, we will see nothing in the way of permits. Reaction tomorrow will be interesting, to say the least! On the one hand they have saved time, sourcing the US parts... on the other, it's more delays for an indefinite period, to hopefully isolate the water zones!! Battle of wills from the bell I would suggest. GLA.

It was only a 2p placing thanks to BMD leaking it beforehand... it should have been 5-6p I think. Guess that's where it's heading.. short term! GLA.
