I expect the next update to be the interims at the end of March which will be our new CEO's 6th month in his role.

The SP is now just umder 40% lower than when the new CEO arrived. By the end of the week don't be suprised if it is ver 50 %.

AKHM...You have had thIs FEELING over 20 times in the 18 months and nothing has come to fruition.

You have to realise the chance of these agreements being made this week are very slim.

I know that because every predentation in the last 20 years has not led to investors piling in.

SC..That presentation will not bring in any new investors.

The big question is are ahipping companies aware of this tool and are they using it.

Since our new CEO arrived the SP is down 35% as of today.

AKHM...Those 5 RNs's whatever they were didn't do much for the SP in the long term. The SP is lower than the last funding price which was nearly a year ago.

The SP has been going down for months ol boy and the trend looks likely to continue.

I recall at the October IMC JM stated the Vertoroa yacht trial would start in the next 6 months. At the AGM we had the below question :

Has the yacht been built for the long awaited trial with Vertoro?

There have been delays in the building of the Focus Motor Yacht, we will provide an update once we have further clarity.

The yacht takes over a year to build.I hope they are looking at other avenues for the testing and are not just going to wait until the phone rings.

Agreement Targets March 2026 for MSAR System Delivery

Valkor continues to tighten its relationship with Quadrise by setting a targe of early 2026 for delivery of the first MSAR BioMSAR system to Utah. The system will have 500 bopd capacity to develop the reduced carbon marine fuel market, targeting growth to 5,000 bopc by the end of 2026.

It was at the AGM that Peter stated he wanted a meeting with OCP so there has been plenty of time for this meeting to have occured so i would expect an update soon.OCP must still have some interest as according to JM they are paying the monthly remtal fee for the MMU.

'Their wells are shut in according to Utah DOGM. If QED haven't got them already then I doubt they'll be getting them anytime soon'

Interesting as JM stated they expected the samples this quarter.
