100% correct Vince.
I have looked at all the news on Goodfuels and they even have a bunker facility at Rotterdam. It's as if they are driving a rolls roycer and Quadrise are still in a horse and cart.
'I think this was mis-leading to have this in the R&A's with quailifying the risk of it not coming in.'
100% correct 46G it was diiibierately misleading and that is why there was no slide at the AGM regarding the cash poition. The amazing thing is the drilling permits for the Valkor project are still at the imminent stage. We were told the same back in August.
I agree with Vince. The BOD have loat all credibility over the years with missing project milestones or projects just disappearing. Once there is actual tangible action regarding agreements/contracts the SP should rise significantly.
JackG..This would be a good question for the next IC which is due at the beginning of April. However we may not have this IC now as some of the retail investors visited QRF of which I assume they asked a bundle of questions..
Well spotted jackg. Maybe the 25,000 tons was based on 9 months LONO but 10,000 tons is significantly lover for even a 6 month LONO.
What we need is all the MSC trial agreements to be announced and a Morocco commercial agreement. These would give a significant increase in the SP and then a placement could be arranged. We can then march on as a company.
'With all the positive news we’ve had in the last few weeks I genuinely can’t understand why the SP is sliding again. I can only assume it’s meddling by the mischief - I mean market makers'
I suspect it is due to the current funding issue.
SC---You are some charachter.2 plus 2 is 45 in your world.
When do you expect the re-rate to take place ?
SC...What you have to remember is that 2 or 3 years ago Potter said the funding should be compoleted by Easter. That sums things up for me. Since then all the money raised has gone on salaries and legal costs for the placements. Oh and his travel expenses to the USA nearly every month.
SC..So you think the hundreds of thousands they have raised over the the last few years are for legal costs.Legal costs for what as nothinh has happened ?
You speak more BS than what comes out of my local farmers cow field and it's one hell of a big field.
SC Note the below :
1. Salaries are expenditure as the other poster stated. Where else do you think the money is coming from to pay the salaries ?
2. If all these fund raises over the last few years are for legal costs then something is very very wrong
3. Todays RNS basically states the end of Tomco is just around the corner bar a miracle.

You can guarantee the majority of the £300k will go on salary payments Then it will be repeat repeat until no more funds can be raised. Potter has been trying to raise the funds to buy the 90% of the site for years now and nothing has changed,
SC...How can this be a positive when the SP is about to drop by nealy 50%
First impressions count for a lot. You have a lot to learn FYOZ. Ask any CEO and they will tell you first impressins are very important.
Tomco must be very desperate to have to offer a 47% discount. What a disgrace and what will that £300k actually be used for,
Not good new for Tomco with a fundraise at a 47.1% discount :

How big is this building and would a client be impressed on a visit ? I always got the impression is was like a big container unit.
SX...Preps post states :
'Yesterday, a team of Retail ShareHolders from the forum attended QRF at the company's invitation.'
The company invited them so therefore I ask why they decided to.
