Dustof...Hoodoo does not appear to be an issue anymore as per JM's statement.
Deman...Once Mac 2 have the Biomsar permits which we were told they were expected soon site preperation will take place. See the below :
During 2022 MSC requested that bioMSAR™ was incorporated into the vessel trial programme, and as a result, further tests needed to be carried out together with Wartsila, the engine manufacturer. MSC also purchased and renamed the Seago Istanbul, that is equipped with an MSAR® fuel system and completed vessel upgrades to enhance their fleet. There have clearly been some delays to the originally anticipated timeline, but we have now secured a biofuel supply partner (Cargill) and bunkering facility (MAC2), and are now at the stage of finalising binding agreements between the key trial parties including MSC. We now expect site preparation work in Q2 2024 and trial to commence in Q3 2024.
Exactly 46G and it looks like things will get moving quickly in Utah
Good lord the drilling permits for Valkor have been approved. Remarkable.
Crownos..you could say a minimum of 4 months 22 days but I would be confident to say it is nearer 6 months. However the bottom line is it is still one hell of a long time. A 60 page plus Vodafone deal with another telecoms company I am aware of took just under 3 months to be signed off.
Crownos...yes the AGM was on the 27th Nov when we were told it was with lawyers but obviously it had been with lawyers weeks before that date.
Whiskyman...you must be the thickest poster on a share forum of all time and you just post to try and get one over another poster. As i have advised before seek help regarding this awful trait. Chat to somebody more mature than yourself (anyone over 16 yrs old)
The AGM was in November when we were told the MSC agreement was with the lawyers. It is now April. That is 6 months you fool.
From what JM has told us it means the MSC fuel agreement has been with lawyers to sign off for over half a year now. The rational investor will come to the right conclusion regarding this.
Vince has been here years and his views are balanced (like a few of us posters) and take into account how the BOD have operated over the years regarding what they have said and what has actually happened.
For example regarding the MSC fuel agreement at the AGM in November 23 JM stated regarding the MSC Fuel agreement ‘In December you will get to appreciate some of the people we are dealing with’
At the IMC in March 24 there was the below question and answer :
Why are our counterparty lawyers taking so long to finalise the outstanding agreements?
Our project involves multiple companies, each of which has input into contractual terms that cover operational, technical and commercial issues. We are dealing with large multinational companies that have many projects ongoing, with longer approval processes, and teams who are dispersed geographically. Our counterparties’ lawyers are also involved in multiple contracts hence may not always be able to work on our agreements immediately.
Note the last sentence 'Our counterparties’ lawyers are also involved in multiple contracts hence may not always be able to work on our agreements immediately.'
You can conclude from this that what JM stated at the AGM regarding December was very naive and just a crowd pleaser statement. At The IMC with 2 days left of the Q1 he even stated he still expected the agreement to be annoinced in Q1. Another crowd pleaser. We are now in mid April and still nothing,
This is an example of why a lot oF lTH's are frustrated. They don't harp on with posting these super positive posts because they are not deluded.
Let's hope this MSC fuel agreement is announced very soon. I actually expect the delay has been due to ongoing negotiations and not lawyers causing a futher 4 month delay. I have seen a lot more complex agreements take less time to be signed off by lawyers.
I see Potter missed his funding by Easter again. I think that's 3 years on the trot now.
Whiskyman...For the record I did not TELL anybody anything about the OO subsciption. I PREDICTED the take up and that there would be excess shares available. This was the case as per SC's figures. The take up was highet than I PREDICTED which is great news for all parties.
Again you are trying to get one over other posters which is an awful trait to have.As previously stated to get rid of this trait i suggest you speak to somebody more mature than youself and/or seek counselling. Have a nice weekend!!
Excellent news. They now need to get these projects moving.
Nearly everything with Quadrise is imminent.Especially those drilling permits.
'Revised application does not mean it has been granted yet'
Obviously. JM is stating Hoodoo is no longer a hurdle.
In reference to my post below this is one of my questions at the last IMC :
We were told the Valkor drilling permits approval was imminent in the summer of 2023.Imminent means about to happen. Why is the approval still be imminent at easter 2024?
The original permit application by Valkor in the summer of 2023 was complicated by the extent of the original application and objections from Hoodoo to the Utah Dept of Gas and Mining. Both matters have been addressed with the revised application by Valkor.
According to JM the Hoodoo saga has now gone and Valkor can now move on.
What amazes me about the Utah project is that it has been going on for years and absolutely nothing has happened yet AM told us there were other projecct opportunities They could have started and finished one of these other opportunities by now but hey ho the drilling permit approval is still imminent.
'My bet is 64 % subscribed..'
I have 60% so we are very close.
SJS...You may find this as being a negtive post but it is a fact they do not expect revenue's from Morocco until 2025. They can announce the commercial deal and other trials in front of the world press while on the balcony of Buckingham palace and juggling onion bhaji's at the same time but any delays in these revenues could lead to further funding required and even more dilution.
Vince...it looks like our Morocco client has no urgency either. The Morocco trial was completed in Nov 23 and revenues are expected in 2025!!! Why it takes so long is staggering.
