CHUS..Anything that is material (news or progress) has to be announced to the market and my point is since Peter became CEO nothing material has happened in any projects while he is blowing away just under £1m per quarter.

That's where you have got it totally wrong. Material news is likely to move the share price and by law has to be disclosed.

Chus..you are obviously totally confused by this.It is quite simple. If the company have material news they have to announce it to the market. If you think there has been material news why have they not announced it ?

Indeed it does and also if it is price sensitive information.That is why we have had no RNS's on project progress which is my point ol boy

I agree Chus what you state is progress but it is not material progress. If you do some research you will find 'material progress' has to be announced by RNS. This is a fact.

Chus...If there had been 'material progress' in any of the projects it would be announced by RNS.

I forgot to mention that in the 7 month period Peter has been the CEO over £2m of investor funding has been spent (this mainly for salaries) and there has been no material progress.

My post are all facts. Unfortunately some posters cannot cope with facts that are not positive.

It is the end of another month. Our CEO has been with us just shy of 7 months now and there has been no material news on any projects. The management team of the company are on lucrative salaries and they have all vastly under achieved. You have to wonder what was going through Peter's mind when on 2nd October 2025 he stated he expects to have the MSC agreements and another shipping company agreement both signed by the end of November (that is November 2025 and not November 2026). For me it was a crowd pleasing comment.

The radio silence continues since the last update.

Barking...This was expected as QED goes into radio silence mode.

We appear to be in the same cycle where after an update their is much excitement and the SP increases then the radio silence begins and the SP starts drifting again. This cycle has now gone on for years.

I hope it is. AM did inform us the company now has a very strong pipeline but that was back in Nov 2025.

On 26th March we were informed by JM that the Utah samples were imminent. If they did actually arrive we should have the test results in the next couple of weeks.

That is valid point as Peter has missed all his target dates so far. His first target being signed agreements for MSC and another shipping company by Nov 25.That was 5 months ago.

I am sure JM stated they expect to have BioMsar Zero available a lot earlier than the original 2030 target year..
