Since our new CEO joined us almost 3 months ago the SP is down just under 30% as of today's closing price,

Significant drop in the SP today. Many did say they would sell if no news by the year end.

A few weeks ago there were some posts regarding the Nouryon contract that expirred in Oct 2025. QED have confirmed they are still working under that agreemewnt (both parties agreed tto this in good faith) and plans are in place to renew the agreement soon.

After the posts regarding news last week I think our most optimistic posters will even admit there is unlikely to be no more news this year. That will mean all that happened this year that was tangible was a small trial in Panama.

When the trial was about to start in 2023 and 2024 and 2025 they had an idea of the volumes so i don't see this being a factor in the delay.Clutching at straws.

AKHM...Yes there was an RNS and JM recently said at an IMC they would announce the new agreement to the market when completed.

I will ask them this morning.

How can they work with the old agreement if it run out in October 2025 ?

Other news expected not related directly to projects are :

Our agreement with Nouryon ended in Oct 2025 so i am suprised a new agreement has not been announced yet. This means the compaany cannot currently produce Msar or Biomsar for the projects.

The sustainability report for 2025 has not been completed. I recalll somebody posted that Linda told them at the AGM it would not be much different to last year and would be ready in a couple of months.I am not interested if aLinda is as nice and sweet as a apple kilpling pie she should of completed this in thie current calendar year. Linda has been with us for 9 months now and we hav enot seen any good news on the marine front.

AKHM..the QED remuneration team did not class it as a succesful year.That is good enough for me.Vicky can confirm this.

This is in my opinion where we are at the moment :

MSC - Peter hopes to have the agreements signed (plus 1 other shipping company) by the end of Jan 26. With the xmas holiday period i think there is a slim chance of this.Maybe at the end of Q126

Utah - At the IMC in early October we were told the samples were imminent.At the AGM we were told Q126 so 50:50 of this happening on time.

Morocco - Peter said he had not had any contact from OCP since his arrival. He should of been contacting them surely.He said ther agent stated OCP are still keen.The agent would say this as he would be hoping for future warrants.It;s now since months of wating for the OEM testing which is outrageous.Game over for this project in my opinion.
