AKHM....JM did mention commercial terms in relation to the agreements a few weeks ago.

JackG...I think you will agree the chances of 2 shipping trial agreements being signed by next Tuesaday are very slim. At the AGM i think he will just state they aim to have 2 or 3 shsipping trials on the go at the same time and not refer to his bold statement 2 months ago.Let's see.

Well about 2 months ago Peter stated he expected 2 shipping agreements to be signed within 2 months and it has not happened. That is some own goal and hopefully he has learnt from making such a bold statement.

As all rational investors know it has been another disater of a year for the company but I expect Peter willl be in a great mood at the AGM as Copenhagen won in the champions league last night.

Peter has stated he will address at the AGM MSC and that negotiations will ongoing. What he has said is a fact. Peronally i don't see the agreements being signed this year anyway.

Maddog...We do know where negotiations are and know they will be ongoing in Decemeber. This is not an opion it is a fact.

We know for a fact the legal process has not been completed.Ngotiations are ongoing.

I was hoping for ther UTAH smaples test results before the AGM but it looks like a further delay.Maybe we will get the Neuryon RNS this week to get us all excited!!!

That's possible but i don't even think we will have the agreements signed this year.We have gone from soon to very soon then back in the pile with the lawyers and not guaranteed.

AKHM..well we don't have the agreements signed and we are nearly in December and it takes about 2 months to get the equipment to MAC2 with it up and running plis we have the xmas period.

There is absolutely no chance of the MSC trial starting in Jan/Feb.Q226 at the earliest.

The bottom line is as 46g stated the company is in a cycle of raising funds each year due to delays in the 3 main project trials with Morocco,Utah and MSC. We know they will not start this year and there is no guarantee they will start next year so something has to change.

Tuckman...you must be totally brainless. We have had yet another year of a disaster at the company and because an investor makes his views regarding this to the CEO you assume they are a trader. Take that year off ol boy.
