SC..you conveniently left out 2024 where it was reported in December 2024.However the report will have no significant impact on the SP.

Only 3 weeks to go for the AGM. We have been here many years before the AGM waiting for news and it has never happened. At the AGM we are then told news by xmas and it has never happened. The only news I can see that may happen is the Utah samples test results but i still think that is slim

SC...If you belive that MSC are still progressing it after a year you must be very deluded. It is obvious to any rational person they have delayed signing the agreeements as they have their own agenda.

AKHM...It is clear MSC are delaying the start of the trial and they have their own agenda to why.

Colins...I very much doubt it will be announced at the AGM.The agreement being made then is a longh shot.

Rumour has it SC was last seen on a jet ski searching for the yacht.

I think the AGM will just be a cut and paste of the last IMC with more vagueness on timescales. In the shippingbunker interview JM states the MSC agreements are in a queue in the legal process (we have heard that before) so nothing imminent there.

Techyrob...I am aware it is in the article but Vince stated he knew of this before the before the article was published. I am interested to know how he knew that as i can't recall it being mentioned that commercial discussions were happening also in relation to the agreements.

If we do finally get an RNS for the agrements and it includes agreements on commercial terms it will be the mother of RNS's.

Vince I can only recall JM statiing once the interim LONO was complete commercial discussions can start. How were you aware they had already started talking about the commercial details ?

Yett we ere infomed the agreements were in 'final form'!!!

That is another month gone.In the 10 months gone this year the company has blown £2.5m of investors funds and the only tangible progress is the small trial at Sparkle..Only 4 week to the AGM and 7.5 weeks to the end of the year (excluding the xmas period).

You can currently buy shares at 3p which was the offer price at the funding in January. This highlights the lack of progress so far thia year.

Since the new CEO has joined the share price is down by 20%

If we don't get the Utah funds then mid next year furher funding will be required.Our monthly cash burn has gone up from £250k to about £300k per month with the increase in headcount.

Jackg..that would be nice but i think the chances are very slim..In the first 10 months of the year all that has happened is the Sparkle trial and it is only 4 weeks to the AGM.

The current trend shows an SP of around 2.6p at the AGM date.

AKHM...It is quite obvious why he has not sold up.Like a few others they are hoping they are wrong and the company does in fact become a success. Any rational person will tell you after nearly 10 months of the year has gone and there has been no tangible progress in any of the main 3 projects after blowing £2.5m of investors funds is a total failure.And then you have to look back at previous years which have all been a failure.
