The Quadrise contract with Nouryon is scheduled to finish in October 2025. The agreement was extended in November 2022 for a further three years, extending the original contract until this date.

We should see an RNS regarding the extension of the contract in the coming weeks.

What we do know is OCP have a hired MMU which is on site and they are paying for so the interest in starting the trial must still be there.

I recall some of our posters stated Peter would not be joining Quadrise unless he was told big news was about to be announced .I wonder if they still think that after the IMC call.Please note the Sparkle trial is not exactly big news.

Monsoon..they have previously given timelines when publishing prior year results and updates.Don't give me 'it's not rocket science' nonsense.

In a nutshell we can conclude from the final results and IMC call the company has decided to be vague on timelines and specific questions. The question is why ?

They have also missed some questions out as i asked is the company business model to keep raising funds every year until these trials are actually started and succesfully completed.

I can't believe we waited all this time for the Q and A and basically got thr IMC call replayed back to us.

In Q125 we were told the fuel trial on the yacht would take place in Q2.In Q3 we are told this is expected in the next 6 months. What is causing the delay ? Is the yacht still being built ?

The reply was the clip from the IMC where they just state it is delayed from clients side. So we do not even know iff the yacht has been built.

On the IMC call i was amused by the below question :

Are you aware theat 63% of QED owners are retail investors how will this influence you and given the high average age of the retail shareholders can dividends be paid monthly ?

They do have a point there as going from the last AGM i went to which was a few years back the average age of those atendees now must be about 65 to 70 yrs old.
