Update is as we expected but they have avoided giving out timelines for the projects ie they have no idea when these trials will start.

Regarding cashflow :

The Company's cashflow forecasts assume the receipt of an aggregate of US$1.5m (approx. £1.2m) of license fees from Valkor, which, together with the £5.9m cash balance as of 30 June 2025 is expected to be sufficient to cover net project expenditure and fixed costs up to the generation of sustainable positive cashflows, with these now forecast to commence in Q1 2027. At the date of this report, there remains a risk that the $1.5m from Valkor is either not received, reduced in amount, or is significantly delayed, in which event the Company's ability to progress its projects will be at risk without further funding. The Group mitigates this risk by maintaining strong control over its pre-revenue expenditure, as well as by actively evaluating strategic initiatives that would de-risk and/or facilitate the delivery of the Group's key objectives.

I very much doubt many people like updates that state there are further delays.

The FY25 results are due earlty this week. We know the following:

MSC trial - At a standstill until bilateral agreemets are signed

Morocco trial - At a standstill until OEM checks and trial start date confirmed

Utah trial - At a standstill until samples have been sent and tested

Panama trial - Complete and full steam ahead

Yacht trial - later this year. Has the yacht been built ?

So no exciting news expected but with all these delays the cash runway should be lomger than previously expected. Many will say but there may be work going on in the background.So there should be but it is not material.

We were told our head of marine has many contacts and there should be news of new shipping greements in Q2. We are about to enter Q4 and no such news.

Barking..the new CEO will no doubt be on next weeks's IMC call.

Further funding will be reuired for sure.. We will know more about that early next week.

46G..Looks like they will just need to change 2025 to 2026 from last years final results. Extremely poor progress in those 3 main projects.

We have the final results and notice of AGM probably at the end of this week or early nest week. W all know it will mostly be delays apart from the good news from Sparkle. It will be interesting to know where we are with the Utah samples and the yacht trial plus the cash position and any forecast funding.

SC...You forgot to mention the permits for the fuels that are required..

AKHM..ASEP will need to approve a permit for our fuels which takes 4-6 weeks so I would say at least 2 months before a contract is signed.
