It states they are awaiting the results from the OEM.One woul;d expect that for the OEM to get results they need to do some testing.

The trials with Sparkle Power SA in Panama have concluded to the satisfaction of the onsite teams and the Company is now awaiting the official results from the engine manufacturer and the client, the conclusions of which will be announced by the Company following receipt. As previously announced, a confirmed successful trial will enable the Company to negotiate Fuel Supply Agreements and facilitate discussions with other regional power producers. The trials are also an important milestone for Quadrise, being the first test for the MSAR® and bioMSAR™ on MAN 4-stroke diesel engines, to confirm the potential to expand product applications.

SN88...QED have funds to cover H126. Regarding Valkor we did not gwt the $350k due in January so i doubt we will see the other payment due at the end of the year.

Barking...I expect the OEM results to take months as the OEM just work at their own pace. Hopefully we get this Sparkle RNS by the end of this year.

Yorkie...On my last email to AM whuch was in the mid summer I actually stated I expect to see snow in London before any of the major projects start.I am still confident of that.

Yorkie...When Phil Hill arrived at QED we all thought he would get things moving and nothing over many years apart from the recent Sparkle trial.Soon he will have a BDM reporting to him so unless this is related to wider opportunites in South America you wonder what the hell is going on.

In relation to Morocco it has been over 3 months now for the awaitied OEM approval.Incredible.

SN88..That is totlly understandable as we are coming up to end of Q325 and they have only achieved a small trial in Panama.

SN88..JM recently informed us the yach trial would start later this year. But then again in Q1 he stated it would start in Q2 so you are probably right.

A key point about the new role is that they report directly to our CCO Phill Hill who I recall is in charge of the Sparkle project. One would therefore assume this has lead to other opportunities in south America and Phil has too much on his plate to deal with them all.. If this is not the case then questions have to be asked about the upcoming appointment.

I recall a junior appointment was recently made then we have the new CEO and BDM role.I estimate this will add around £500k to the annual payroll costs plus the recruitment costs .

AKHM..Somebody on here posted that their friend used to work for an OEM and that from his post my conclusion was they worked at what pace they wanted to.

In relation to MSC lawyers holding up the agreements ask any team of commercial lawyers and they will tell you tariffs is just an increase to their workload but does not stop them dealing with other contracts etc. Surely QED don't think otherwise.

SC..I recall you expected the Sparkle results last week!!! Don't be suprised if we don't get the results before the final results at the end of the month. As we know everything associated with QED takes a lot longer than expected. A good example of this (and this is only rumour) each Monday morning at 9.15am the QED management accountant ask's his colleague'a at the office if they want a cup of tea and around 3pm on Thursday their cup of tea arrives at their desk.

Wonga..spot on.JM has never been conservative. Things happen months/years after his timelines or never.

I interpret the 'up and running by the end of the year'being MAC2 producing the fuels which leads to "then Antwerp will start to supply trial volumes of this product in January 2026" .

One fthing we do know for sure is JM has no idea when/if the agreements will be signed off.
