Womga..As you say it is quite clear my comment about the lawyers assertion of Janauary off was made by SC previously. It just proves how utterly daft some of the posters are on here.
'Do we have a date as to when we should expect the final bilateral agreememt between Cargill and MSC? Is the early 2026 start date for the Leandra V trial now delayed further?'
As far asI am aware it was Vicky and AM that were incolved in recruiting Peter which makwes sense as you would not expect JM to interview for his new line manager/CEO.
Barking I am just pointing out the fact we are due no major news from what remains of this yearand I was hoping i had missed something that could be due but it seems not thc case ol boy.
Good presentation by Peter but he did slip up when he said he didn't say 8 weeks (2 months) to sign up 2 shipping companies for trials. It amused me when the chap asking the question said 'maybe it was lost in translation'.
Whilst progress during 2025 overall has not proceeded as expected, the Company closes the year in a stronger position, with a clearer path towards commercialisation and the resources in place to achieve this.
I would like to know how they have a clear path when they have no idea when/if the 3 main project trials will start.
It will be interesting to see if the BOD get a grilling today. The taptalk crew will be there but as they are 'matey' with JM they won't say boo. The average age of those attending will be about 65yrs to 70yrs old so they may want to avoid confrontation in their old age. We need a Vince charachter there.
Quadrise has been waiting for the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) approval for its commercial trial in Morocco since at least June 2025, when it announced that the approval was expected in Q3 2025.You have to wonder why this OEM approval is taking so long.
If the delay was a few months I would agree but the delay is hell of a lot longer. I still think MSC have their own agenda as to when/if the trials start.
