I do not think you will ever see T212 listed - it is all done through the intermediary Interactive Broker and its them that put the restrictions on things I believe

212 do allow shares to be borrowed - but not if they are held inside an ISA

It is on 212, not sure of any restrictions. I have no free funds at the moment so unable to do a test buy to see if there is a limit on the quantities you can buy. They do often have limits on lower liquidity aim shares, not sure if they do the same with main market companies.

They did have 18 mill cash - so if they have to pay this fee it will hurt and they will likely need to raise a they still have exploration going on they will need to pay for. It was looking highly unlikely to ever need to raise again as they had plenty of cash and production due Q1.

hopefully its just a misunderstanding and they only need to pay half as per JV. Hopefully we get further clarification quickly.

Hainan paid $100 mill into KMUK for the mine/plant build - so it does seem logical to me that the tax bill should be directed at KMUK

All of the funds will be going into drilling Heron field and further exploration. There will be zero money left for a dividend. Growth companies do not pay dividends. Any talk of it happening next year is just foolish.

35% was kinda expected under the new licence code. They get 10% automatically for free - but entitled to purchase another 25% on top. They ist be pleased with kodal and the project to be buying into it.

Too early for commissioning. you need to build it before commissioning starts. I kinda think you need some generators to be delivered for a start.
