I am guessing all the early buyers are already in. Commissioning is still ongoing and things can still go wrong. Presumably the sensible money / institutions are awaiting the confirmation of first shipment before buying in and still a question mark over the transfer of the mining licence.

But with the first shipment expected by end of March and a resource update is also due 'soon' - there is not long to wait!

Keeping all my fingers and toes crossed that this continues to go to plan.

Good update RNS, first spodumene produced and at the expected grade, final commissioning stress testing and ramping up to full production volumes in the coming weeks

Finally got the state special purpose land signature. Won't make much difference now as they were allowed access for next 5 years anyway - but it does help secure things for the future. Also shows signs government still looking to be backing matd for the long term and good sign for exploration in other areas to have their support.

Really really needs that signature on the Chinese deal so they can finally start selling the stuff however. that is what is holding it back now

After the last conversion in January there are £1.7 mill CLN left, so theoretically they could pay off the cln and still have a chunk left - if they can sell the shares at a reasonable price.

Hope that first sale of black mass to glencore comes soon though that will really help. Not to mention if they finally get the TFS to transport the stuff to India

RNS about press speculation, do not know what speculation they are referring too I couldn't spot anything new really. ALL has been under affects before of press speculation which trashed the SP - just to recover afterwards. Another attempt at dragging SP down? A perfect time to buy for the bounce back?

The ratification is a joke however, Ghana parliament is a nightmare. Everything else is sorted, they even had the operating permit signed off, which doesn't normally happen till after rat. The way parliament is going on though - it could still be some time away yet too!

Power plant is complete. Commissioning to start in next few weeks. Production still on track for Q1.

Yeah I'm secretly hoping the government does give them a grant or a big loan on a cheap interest rate to really get things moving this year. It is in their own long term interest to do so.

If I had some spare cash I think I would chuck a speculative few quid in now on this dip. Previously I have seen little movement here on the actual RNS day itself but it rises in the 2-3 days after the RNS, so a buy now may go well for a little Friday rise - and sell back out before end of play tomorrow. Not much downside risk from here I don't think.

They need that signature to come quick so they can sell that stockpiled $600k, they did state expected in February🤞🏻

hope they can hold off fund raise till then to do it at a higher price

- or magically find a JV partner with deep pockets now that it is generating revenue. Would be great if the Mongolia government injected funds as they are wanting the oil for their new refinery - put your money where your mouth is government!

Another new contract, really need some news on the first delivery and sales of black mass though.
