There is no director buying - it is a CFD so there are no additional shares added to his position.

I have no idea if this gets around insider trading in any way as he has not actually bought shares? I have never seen an RNS regarding CFD before, I'll leave it to others with more knowledge to answer. I doubt it gets around the closed period rules else every director would be doing it.

Though AIM is a bit of a wild west and seen many dubious things, and maybe there is no need to RNS a CFD as no shares have been traded, so it may happen all the time we just never usually see it?

Is a CFD a dodgy way to get around a closed period? If news is close he would not be allowed to buy shares, does this get around it?

I doubt it would be allowed else we would hear about it all the time - unless of course there is also no need for it to be reported as it is not actually buying shares and if there is no requirement to report it, then defo sounding like he is pumping it.

XTR Timescale sounds fast but it is a previously producing antimony mine, so mine is built already, historically was low scale hand sorted so they ignored a lot of harder to extract/ lower quality veins.. Sounds like they are doing plant on the cheap too, utilizing and moving an exisiting gravity plant across to the mine - then further down the line installing a larger floatation plant.

So yeah cheap, fast, dodgy dodgy high risk, but if they pull it off chance for bags over the next few years from such a low market cap. I'm not advising this as an ivestment, but maybe a couple hundred quid mad gamble.

though there is a bit of side benefit of the delay with the 2026 sales agreement - oil is at a higher price now

Well that is surprising, after rejecting several much higher buyouts it feels a bit odd they would accept this one when things finally seemed to be moving and they finally had the licences.

Ouchy that RNS is not so good. The gold prospects had looked promising, explains why they have been quiet about it for a while. Whoever picks up thse license will be laughong

KOD RNS just quietly getting on with things. 3rd shipment just left. If this was anywhere but Mali I'm sure the SP would be a lot higher. Even with it being in Mali. I still think it is undervalued surely it should be worth over 100 mill market cap?

MATD been rising a little last few days sentiment on the 'imminent' RNS.

It always struggles to get passed 1.40 - 1.45 and has not been above that since November.. Worth watching as if it does break 1.45 finally - it could go on a run.
