May rise a bit more but was only after a quick beer money swing at the moment and 35p will be psychological resistance. Looks good for longer term. If one of my others finally manages to spike and free up some larger funds I may have a longer punt here.

Yeah, it's been dipping a little for a couple of days, but the resistance at 1.8 is strong and with spreads you may not get too much closer to that SP anyway. It may dip a touch more tomorrow but like you say with news due anytime - and a bank holiday Monday I agree there could well be a nice little fomo friday here

I think the main reason for the uptick is the trump 'frozen' DFC funding should be being released soon, which is obviously good news

Dividend payment day, so likely a lot of people reinvesting that money, some will be done automatically, so a bit more buying today than otherwise would be usual IMHO

If you like a miner and want to be in long term, the best trick is to try and ride the waves up on discovery and sell, taking your original stake out and leaving some 'free' shares invested. Do the same on DFS wave and JV wave. Only leave your freebies invested for the final even trickier production stage.

Thankfully I did this with prem! Did not quite manage it with Kodal, I caught it right at about 0.8 ok and sold but I should have sold again at 0.6 but thought it was going to rise more. So not quite on a 100% free ride have about 50% free ride and keeping my fingers crossed it all works out.

Just mining/oil in general IMHO, we have had higher market cap in earlier stages. SP spikes on discovery and falls back, same on DFS, then on JV news, and building mine news.

The final and quite possibly the hardest stage is going into actual production without running into too many issues and running out of cash like prem, hummingbird, copl etc etc.

The 'sensible' big city money waits until there is actual production and confirmed stable sales before buying in as there is still risks right now. So we are in a lull awaiting the export licence and first sales. and many companies do not invest till market cap is over 100 mill. Just Like matd, deal and licences etc all in place - but no rise in price till the sales are actually confirmed and happening. Do a search on the Lassonde curve if you are not already aware of it.

Hopefully we will be in a much perkier position within the next 3 month.
