They never got it to work correctly. That is the most recent changes required, putting in fabricated inserts as the low cost fix. Buying an additional float circuit as the expensive fix. That was what a raise was being done for to fund that and further test runs - but the raise failed.
This new raise on the back of glencore name drop is hopefully enough to get over this hurdle. But no mistake extra funding is required, they have bills to pay and not paid staff for months.
Best case scenario, fixes work, plant produces sc6 consistently, glencore are happy and buy in with much needed funds.... But if any of those go wrong...
If I was not in on a free ride I would not be buying in as an investment. But there could be some spiky trading opportunities.
