Been on a dip recently 3.5p feels like good buy in price. A recovery back to its 5p previously stable range, gives you about 40% gain

I think it was portfolio who mentioned these some time ago.

Been on a nice long uptrend since November and as the project develops and if gold continues to rise ( which does seem likely at the moment) it is still looking good. Trying to watch it more recently and did manage a small swing trade between 21p and 24p. If that nice long uptrend continues could be good to swing trade, buy the dips and sell on the peaks.

I invested with these a few times under 20p and made some profits and took some dividends

if only I had kept them lol

News should be coming here soon. First shipment to China was expected by end of month. Hoping its still going to plan and that no news is good news in this instance.

Interesting spike last couple of days since I mentioned keeping eyes on it

The way I had interpreted it was that whilst petrochina had agreed with the deal it needed final agreement from above. Most likely the government as China control everything and you are not allowed to fart without permission.

If they have now agreed with it that can only be a good thing. Let's hope the red tape doesn't take too much longer. Ideally before end of month before this year's work commences.

DEC is one I'm watching too, not investing yet. Check the chart, It went up 40% and stayed there for several months, has been on downtrend since back to its old price range. Could be close to bottom now but waiting to see in case it dips further.

Watching to see if it starts rising again. A slow 40% rise over 6+ month would be nice for my pention pot and even if it does not fully rise back that much - you will be picking up 9% divi on it anyway

If you are in the mood for a slower more stable FTSE punt legal and general could be a good next couple of years. RNS results today, profits up 6%, increased dividend by 5%. It dipped 3% on open for some reason, results are pretty good so buy in gives you approx 9% dividend - and if it pans out the way they say it will - potential for 40% returns...

Kinda feels like it will keep ticking up rest of week.

Under 20mill market cap, so there is certainly a lot of potential movement here before the mine is built. Just hope Mali move quickly now on the issuing of these licences.

This is perking up a bit. Always said it was likely to bounce on news of mining licence. RNS out that Mali will be issuing licences again from the 15th march. Will it dip back a bit after today as it is still likely to be a while till they get issued, or will it just stabilise at a higher price now?

They are fully funded to build the mine, just the block on mining licences has held this project back.

Should help other Mali mining companies share price too.

Has not affected KOD though not too surprising as everything in place there just need to transfer the licence but they can work with the one they have as it stands. That is likely to only bounce on news of first sales, which is hopefully by the end of this month.

This has been dead in the water for a long time, though with a couple of new projects, there my be some life in the old dog yet.

Not suggesting anybody invests here - but may be worth keeping eyes on as it may finally stir into life and get some trading spikes as the drill result come in
