Agreed with just about your entire post BBN.
What’s important, is how much of the costs of employing the new staff , the advertising and the costs of acquisition of new customers is eating into their margins. (Alongside the cost of returns and refunds)
It’s also important to realise that the AOV values for new Boop customers may be low and as you rightly say, it’s really critical that they manage to get them back for a decent sized purchase shortly after their initial smaller ones.
Ultimately , once the new floor has come into play, and they can up their daily sales, there must come a time when they pull back on advertising spend and growth , then consolidate and take some profits before the next stage.
I’m not sure when that is going to be, and I would guess/hope that’s it’s sooner rather than later..
I’m very interested to see how the increased pack sizes at DD have affected the orders coming in.
